This paper provides an overview of the school's contemporary theories. The aim is to explore the main theoretical perspectives that have emerged in recent years, and how they have influenced the way we understand education. The paper begins by outlining the historical context of the school, and how it evolved over time. It then discusses major contemporary theories, including Humanism, Behaviorism, Neoprogression and Essentialism. Finally, the paper concludes with a discussion of the implications of these theories on educational policy and practice.
