Teaching time management is a crucial aspect of enhancing the effectiveness of Christian Religious Education (PAK) instruction, particularly because limited time must be balanced against the achievement of learning objectives that encompass students' knowledge, attitudes, character, and spirituality. This study aims to analyze the integration of teaching time management with lesson planning to improve the effectiveness of PAK instruction. The study employs a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were gathered from various sources—including books, scientific journals, academic articles, and internet resources—relevant to teaching time management, lesson planning, Christian Religious Education, and instructional effectiveness. The data were analyzed through a process of selection, categorization, comparison, interpretation, and synthesis of various concepts and findings from previous research. The study results indicate that integrating time management into lesson plans helps teachers allocate time proportionally, prioritize activities, align material load with available time, and provide adequate space for student engagement, reflection, and evaluation. Such integration also fosters instruction that is more focused, efficient, flexible, and meaningful. The research implications suggest that time management should be treated as an integral part of PAK lesson planning to optimally support the achievement of academic goals and the development of students' faith and character.
